How does the program work?
If approved as a LegalFish affiliate, you can place banners on your site that will direct shoppers to LegalFish.com. You can earn up to $4.00 per case submission. The more consumer traffic that you send us which results in a case posting or submission, the more commissions you will earn.

Is my site eligible to become a LegalFish Network Affiliate?
We review every site on a case-by-case basis. Once you're approved, we'll periodically review your site to make sure that it remains an appropriate affiliate for our program.
LegalFish will be working with a limited number of high quality sites. We reserve the right to refuse any site containing objectionable material, including explicit language or content, or support for violent or discriminatory groups.
Can I use the LegalFish name and logo on my site?
You can only use approved marketing materials produced by LegalFish. You are not allowed to alter our logos or approved materials in any way. You'll find the approved materials in the LegalFish Affiliate Panel interface
Can I include specific information about your products on my site?
No, please include only the approved links we make available to you through the LegalFish Affiliate Panel.
How long does it take to get approved?
After completing our , you'll hear about your approval status in 24-48 hours.
Where do I get banners?
After you're approved, there will be a link to the page on the LegalFish website where you can obtain banners from within your affiliate member account.
How much can I make?
Affiliates can earn up to $4.00 in commissions for each LegalFish legal issue submission or case posting that occurs because of a click-through from your site. How much you earn depends on how many of your visitors click on the LegalFish banners.
How do I know how much I've earned?
Once approved, you'll be assigned your own password-protected Personal Account page on the LegalFish website. You'll have access to a full menu of detailed web-based reports to keep track of your site's earnings and performance, available to you 24/7.
When do I get paid?
If your earnings for a given month total more than $25, you'll receive a check about 30 days after the end of that month. If your earnings total less than $25, then you will receive a check after the end of the following month in which your total earnings reach $25.
What does it cost to join?
Nothing! It's free to become a LegalFish Network Affiliate and you can cancel at any time.
Can I take legal issue submissions and case postings on my site and send the information to LegalFish?
No, LegalFish will only take legal issue submissions and case posting directly through its website.
How are case submissions and postings checked and credited to my site?
All links from your site to LegalFish contain your unique affiliate ID. Every time a legal services consumer visits the LegalFish site via your site and submits a legal issue or posts a case, we will credit your site. To make sure that all submissions are tracked correctly, all links on your site must be created using the links provided at LegalFish.com. Also, you will receive commissions for any sale that occurs through an approved link for 30 days after the initial click.
Do I have sales quotas?
No, we don't require our affiliates to meet sales quotas.
What are LegalFish's responsibilities?
LegalFish will provide you with the marketing materials, tools and support that you need to establish yourself as a LegalFish affiliate. We also handle orders, shipping, billing, legal services consumer service and sales reporting -- as well as paying your commissions.
