Yelp made two critical changes to address recent complaints of how it handles reviews posted by its users who rank and review businesses.

Is Yelp’s business model an extortion scheme?  Or, is the lawsuit filed against Yelp merely a way for businesses to blame Yelp for all their negative reviews?
